The city will send you an email notifying you that you need to pay your balance before you can proceed with starting or transferring water service.

You can pay two different ways.

Online:
You can pay at https://www.topeka.org.
Remember:
Once the balance is paid in full, call the city's Customer Service Center at 785-368-3111 Monday-Friday from 7:30am-5:30pm to complete your order.
