Why haven't I heard any news about my pending water order?

This is a question we get from customers a lot. If you have placed an order and a few days have passed without any news from the city, here's what we recommend:

Make sure that [email protected] isn't hitting your spam filter

Cities will stay in touch by sending emails through our platform, which are sent from our support email address. If you haven't heard anything, those emails might be going to spam. Make sure we're on your safe senders list.

Check your status on 2turniton.com

You can check your order status here. All you need is:

  1. Your confirmation ID number (located in your confirmation email)

  2. The email associated with your order

  3. The zip code associated with your order

This will let you know what status your order is in.

Be mindful of the calendar

Cities generally start processing orders within a couple or a few days of the requested activation date. So if your activation date is 10 days from now, don't panic! The city will get to it, they are just busy processing other orders that are activating sooner than yours.

And if your order is late, reach out

If your activation date has come and passed and you haven't seen any email communication from the city (and you have checked your spam folder), we then recommend you first reach out to your city. Because they are in possession of your order, they are the only ones who can proceed with activating it.
