  1. Confirmation Email: Once you place an order through 2TurnItOn, you will receive a confirmation email containing a confirmation ID number. This email confirms that your order has been submitted to the city for processing.

  2. City Processing: The city’s water utility department will process your order based on their schedule. Processing times can vary by city. The city will keep you informed of the status of your order via email.

  3. Order Status Page: You can check the status of your water service request at any time by visiting the Order Status page on 2TurnItOn.com. To access your status, you will need:

    • The confirmation ID number from your confirmation email.

    • The last name associated with the order.

    • The email address used to place the order.

  4. Activation Notification: When the city has fully processed your order and activated your water account, they will notify you via email. This email will also provide any next steps you need to follow to complete your service setup.

Important Notes:

  • City Processing Times: Each city has different processing times, which can affect how quickly your service is activated.
