Dallas Water Utilities’ ePay customers who are moving out of the City of Dallas can log-in to their online account to disconnect service.
Other customers who are moving out of the City can call (214) 651-1441 and tell the DWU when you want to discontinue service at your old address.
If you paid a security deposit, the deposit plus interest (if applicable) will be credited to your final bill. If there is a remaining balance, it will be mailed to you at your new address. If you anticipate a refund, be sure and have your forwarding address, zip code and DWU account number ready for the customer service representative.
