If you’ve received a confirmation email from your new electricity provider (separate from your 2TurnItOn confirmation email), your order is confirmed with them. For security reasons, you need to contact your provider directly to make any changes.

To modify or cancel your order, use the contact information provided in the confirmation email from your electricity provider. We wish we could handle this for you, but we are unable to access your account once it’s confirmed.
